We want you to love your gear. If something isn’t right, returns and exchanges are easy and clearly outlined below.
Return Window & Eligibility

Return window: Within 30 days of receipt.

Condition: Items must be new, unworn, unwashed, with tags attached and in original condition. Customized items (embroidery, silkscreen, alterations) aren’t returnable unless defective.
Non-Returnable Items

Worn or washed items, or items customized by embroidery, silkscreen, alterations, or emblems (unless defective).
How to Start a Return

Place the item(s) in a secure package with tags attached.

Include your order number and contact details.

Return Shipping & Fees

Who pays return shipping: The customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

Prepaid label option: We do not provide return labels for customer returns.

Original shipping fees (if any) are non-refundable.
Exchanges

Exchanges are welcome within 30 days for a different size or color if available.

You cover shipping back to us; we’ll ship the replacement to you.

If the requested item isn’t available, we’ll process a refund per the policy below.
Refund Method & Processing Time

Refunds go to the original form of payment (or store gift card if the original method isn’t available).

We issue refunds within 3 business days of receiving and inspecting your return.

You’ll receive a confirmation email when your refund is processed.
Defective or Incorrect Items

Think your item is defective? Contact us first. We’ll review for manufacturer defects (e.g., seam failure, zipper malfunction, hardware issues) and replace or refund as appropriate.
Delivery Responsibility

Once your order is marked delivered by the carrier, it becomes your responsibility. Scrubs of Evans is not liable for lost, stolen, or damaged packages after delivery. Please ensure your delivery address is secure. For missing packages, contact the carrier directly — we’ll gladly provide tracking info or documentation if needed.

Most orders arrive within 5–7 business days from the date they ship (typically via UPS Ground).
